Return Policy
Hellencabinet™ provides a return review process for eligible cabinet-related items. Return requests may be submitted within 14 days after confirmed delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be considered for review, an item should generally be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Free from customer-caused scratches, dents, stains, moisture marks, drilling, cutting, installation marks, modification, or damage
- Returned with original packaging, panels, hardware, hinges, handles, manuals, protective materials, and included accessories when applicable
- Matched to the product identified in the return request
- Supported by order details sufficient for verification
Cabinet items that have been assembled, installed, drilled, trimmed, altered, exposed to moisture, damaged after delivery, or returned without important parts may not qualify for approval unless the concern relates to a confirmed arrival-condition issue.
How to Request a Return
Please email service@hellencabinet.com and include:
- Order reference
- Product name
- Reason for the request
- Clear photos if the request involves damage, defects, missing hardware, incorrect panels, incorrect contents, or packaging concerns
Our support team will review the information and provide the next available step if the request appears eligible.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or with a visible issue, please contact us promptly after delivery. Photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, product label, full item view, hardware package, and affected area may be requested for review.
Inspection After Return
Returned items may be inspected after arrival. Approval depends on whether the item matches the approved request and satisfies the condition standards listed in this policy.
Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the reason for the request. If an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the case will be reviewed accordingly. For other eligible return requests, return shipping may remain the customer’s responsibility unless support provides different instructions.
